for our state finals!

With the diligent work of our Executive Director of Marketing & Strategic Planning, Pam Southall, Donna Allen of the Norfolk Convention and Visitors Bureau, city officials and businesses; the City of Norfolk and MISS VIRGINIA USA / MISS VIRGINIA TEEN USA have partnered together to take our program to the next level of excellence and provide the greater Norfolk area with an amazing extravaganza of competition, beauty and competition.  This partnership is the first step of many as we anxiously and energetically work to expand
and enhance our state program.
