Jacqueline resides in Stanardsville, VA and is a 16 year old student at United Christian Academy and will be a junior this fall. She is the daughter of Theresa and Luther Vann and has two sisters, Jennifer and Jillian. Jacqueline plans to attend college and earn a degree in law.
